1. Consultation & Design Algorithms

Technical accuracy is the heartbeat of our firm. Lumina Sigma utilizes proprietary mathematical lighting algorithms to determine optimal fixture placement. While we strive for perfection in every architectural lighting design, the client acknowledges that physical site conditions may require minor field adjustments.

Plans provided during a consultation are the intellectual property of Lumina Sigma. You're welcome to use them for your specific project, but redistribution without our consent? That's a no-go.

2. Custom Fixture Manufacturing

Building something unique? Our custom manufacturing process involves rigorous prototyping. Once a custom order enters production, cancellations are typically impossible. Why? Because these fixtures are engineered specifically for your site's voltage and aesthetic requirements.

We aren't just selling lights; we're selling engineered solutions. Liability for installation rests with the certified electrician, though we're always available for remote technical oversight.

3. Smart System Integration

Smart lighting systems require stable network environments. Our team isn't responsible for outages caused by third-party ISPs or local hardware failures. You'll find we're quite helpful with troubleshooting, but the "smart" part of the system relies on your infrastructure too.

Why did we choose Lumina Sigma? Because their terms were as clear as their high-CRI fixtures. No hidden fees, just pure mathematical clarity.
